By proceeding forward in purchasing a ticket, you agree that you reside in the United States and that you are 18 years old or older with a valid driver’s license and that it is legal for you to purchase a raffle ticket in your state and local jurisidiction and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted. Raffle Rules: Each ticket must be purchased separately. Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win. Odds of winning will be based on the actual number of tickets sold with a max of 500 tickets. Your raffle ticket will be filled out based on the information you provide at our check-out link and your ticket will be dropped into our raffle barrel for a random drawing to be held at 1:00 PM on 07/06/2024 at the Humane Society Animal League for Life, 128 Big Hill Avenue, Suite C, Richmond, KY  40475. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be contacted by telephone, email address, or physical address. A physical stub is not required whatsoever to win. Winner is responsible for all taxes, backup withholding, title and any transfer fees. Two forms of ID will be required, one of which must be a photo ID, to claim the winning prize. The Humane Society reserves the right to cancel the raffle for any reason, in which event, its liability is limited to refund of ticket prices to participants. In the event a Prize was lost, damaged, destroyed, or otherwise not available, The Humane Society's liability shall be limited to a refund of ticket price to participants. If the Humane Society needs to change the date of the drawing, all reasonable efforts will be made to post the change online. Humane Society volunteers may not accept personal tips.

This raffle is a fundraiser for the Humane Society Animal League for Life,  a nonprofit organization helping animals in Madison County, KY.
